Leadership Adventures for Business School
Practicing business and corporate leadership in an experiential way is the prime focus of this 5-days wilderness based leadership adventure. A group of 15 – 20, business students will embark on a journey in the wild while leading, managing uncertainty, making decisions, managing teams, solving problems, juggling finances, managing risks, leading and managing change. In depth facilitated reviews will help them reflect upon their behaviors and leadership style, thus preparing them to be effective business leaders.
Diploma in Leadership
Diploma in Leadership (DiL)’s aim is simple – to enhance the leadership skills and the impact in personal and professional life of our youth. Three workshops + one Leadership Adventure + One Social Impact Project with in the time span of 6 months, takes our young participants through a learning journey unlike any other. DiL is based on three levels of leadership workshops including Self-Leadership, Team Leadership, Global Leadership.
Leadership Retreat
Leadership Retreat is a weekend-long conference-style leadership event that also features your favorite camp activities and service projects that are designed to equip youth for the years ahead! Camping overnight, cooking their own meals, listening inspirational peer stories around bonfire, and participating in Capacity Clinics to enhance their leadership, communication, project management and life skills.
Be Your Best
Be Your Best’ is an interactive workshop designed around the philosophy of discovering self potential, getting motivated, developing a positive approach towards life and ultimately take a charge of self. The program is specifically designed for university students with focus on ‘Motivation’ and ‘Confidence Building’ through interactive experiential workshop. The workshop duration is 8 hours at in-campus setting.
Impact – Power of Public Speaking
CLD adopts creative ways to address the root cause of the fear and then trains youth and adults to become expert speakers. The course helps everyone to discover his/her original style instead of using a 'cookie-cutter' approach to public speaking. In IMPACT, participants learn to build up confidence, establish rapport with the audience, learn and practice storytelling, master the art of non-verbals and body language, powerpoint skills — all while practicing and delivering presentations in a safe environment with personalized feedback.
Get Set Go – Workplace readiness
Get Set Go! prepares final year students for the professional world ahead. The practical and experiential program is designed in consultation of industry professionals and it includes three modules: GET – The Right mindset, SET: Personal Vision, Strengths, Core Values and GO: Ready to embrace the professional world.
